Our cities need to adapt to cope with extra extreme climate events and different impacts from climate change. The authors want to acknowledge the support of the JBL’s staff and officers, particularly each branch supervisor at Cumilla, who devoted time to filling and returning questionnaires despatched to them. The term “common methodology bias” is frequently used to check with measurement mistakes brought on by methodological problems.
